ATCAA is requesting bids from qualified contractors for electrical work at Blue Bell Family Center located at 18080 Blue Bell Road East, Sonora, CA 95370

Contractors shall be licensed with the CSLB and have experience in ADA compliance issues, Davis Bacon wage requirements and California Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors must be registered with CA DIR if the threshold is met.

Contractor/Construction and Project Consultant
ATCAA is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for consultation services for CA DIR public projects
· -Contractors shall be licensed with the CSLB and have experience in ADA compliance issues and Davis Bacon/CA prevailing wage/CA DIR requirements
· -Contractor will work closely with ATCAA staff helping with project design, management, bid packets, walk throughs and progress of projects
· -Proposals will be accepted through August 31, 2020 explaining experience in field, experience project managing and qualifications for the position as well as proposed hourly cost for consultation services
