RFP: Mental Health Consultant for Tuolumne County
Qualifications:
Minimum: Must be licensed or under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
Desired: Experience and knowledge of mental health practices with young children 0-5 years old and their families; Experience working with low-income communities; Spanish Bilingual/Bicultural
Scope of Work:
Provide counseling services to Head Start parents/guardians and staff on a referral basis. Possible small group work with staff teams. Bill ATCAA Head Start for services monthly.
Hourly pay is negotiable.

RFP: Blue Bell Turf
ATCAA is requesting bids from qualified contractors for installation of artificial grass at Blue Bell Family Center located at 18080 Blue Bell Road East, Sonora, CA 95370
• Contractors shall be licensed with the CSLB and have experience in ADA compliance issues, Davis Bacon wage requirements and California Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors must be registered with CA DIR
• Bids must include all site preparation including excavating and grading of site preparation for hardscape/landscape, installation of base and turf in approximately 4,800 square foot area
• Bid must include warranty information
• Bids are due by March 20, 2025
• Contract will be awarded on March 31, 2025
• Project must be completed by April 30, 2025
