Eligibility Requirements for all Energy Programs
Clients must submit a completed application and other documentation to apply for benefits. Note that:
Applicant must be a citizen of the United States
Applicant must be a resident of the County in which they are applying for service.
To apply for assistance for any of our programs, you must call first so that we can determine your eligibility and set an appointment for you or make arrangements by mail, fax or drop off. Appointments are available 9:00am - Noon, Monday-Thursday. To expedite service, please have all requested items with you and your application completed.
